FCS e-Housekeeping and m-Housekeeping

An automated cleaning and inspection assignment system for guest rooms and public areas under housekeeping operation that can also provide room status updates to staff via mobile devices. FCS e-Housekeeping is a web-based backend system designed with state of the art logic-based rules and conditions that allocates cleaning/inspection assignment to the most appropriately skilled room attendant/ supervisor at any time of the day.

Together with the FCS m-Housekeeping mobile app, room attendants and supervisors can maintain accurate room status information in the palm of their hand, as well as manage other daily duties. Both e-Housekeeping and m-Housekeeping not only automate the manual room assignment process, but also eliminate tons of paper waste by circumventing the endless process of printing room and guest information.
