Field Service

GSD Field Service application provides mobile access to all important data and documents owned by field workers. Service orders are sent directly to the mobile device of the assigned employee. In the application, the responsible employee is able to see the complete history of his order. This way, he can track which works have already been carried out on the serviced device. In addition, he can analyze and solve problems in a more precise and efficient way.
