For Jack of Diamonds players - added option to call up to the Jack of Clubs or Queen of Spades. Go to Settings / Jack of Diamonds to set up this option. The default is Jack of Clubs.

Made changes to the logic to determine screen orientation for mini tablets and phablets.

Made numerous changes to improved the card playing logic.
