You can now submit a plea with just a click of a button after filling out the basic information. This app will help improve the quality of life for all the people in your neighborhood. You can report issues with the public utility services, any documentation issues, or any other issue that you are having trouble with.

All you need to do is register yourself using your mobile number and report the issue by creating a ticket by mentioning the ward number. You can even add additional information such as the street address, and nearby landmarks, and even add photos to support your claim.

You will be able to track the status of your open tickets with the updates posted by the field agents. You will also have access to the entire history of tickets that are both active and resolved.
