GOSHEN’S approach to community development is anchored on the foundation philosophy of Asset-Based-Community-Development (ABCD) methodology. Through the prism of ABCD, GOSHEN seek to build a new generation of Community Leaders who will act as change agents in an increasingly broken, greedy, corrupt and exploitive society.
