* Fixed critical legacy db upgrade bug that resulted in the permanent loss of timestamps on existing entries. I am disappointed about this loss of data, and I wish I did more to prevent it.
* Legacy database upgrades will no longer delete the database, to prevent loss of those who upgrade passed 0.24 in the future.
