This course introduces you to the ancient ayurvedic method of head massage, as practised in India for thousands of years. This technique has the capability to remove the modern day stress and tension we store in our head, neck and shoulders. Learn how to perform massage across the shoulders, up the neck, all over the scalp and around the face. You experience all the benefits of massage while you are fully clothed and without the use of oils or creams. This massage should not be used as a treatment for injuries etc and is not used in conjunction with other massage routines. You will learn to give a 30 minute session of massage to relieve headaches, eyestrain and neck pain caused by modern day stress and tension. Consecutive weeks from start date. No concessio
