What’s new:
- Add legal links and app version number to settings page.
- Show document version number in sync changes (will not apply to historical data).

Resolves:
- Cannot share screen (privacy screen removed)
- Attachment image distorted.
- Document revisions not updating.
- Cannot select fields at top of Audit page.
- Uploading checklist causes secondary assessment to be disabled.
- Correct list value not saved after multiple edits.
- Miscellaneous bug fixes.
