Bugfixes on new major release

1.6.12:
Added "Research" panel to handle unlocking of new mechanics. Energy is applied towards research, which works to unlock the mechanic for you.

Revamped controls for all production resources so they all play/appear differently.

Fixed glitch where batteries could sometimes disappear. Also raised cap on available batteries to enable further progression.

Scientific notation now supported

Various performance improvements/bugfixes
