Idle Survivor - Tower Defense

- Added difficulty levels (5 in total)
- If you close the game while your character is still alive, the next time you enter the game you can continue from the level where you left off with all the accumulated coins and caps
- You can start playing from any chapter that you have unlocked (using gasoline), rather than only from the last unlocked chapter as was the case previously
- Set maximum values for certain upgrades
- Changed the balance of some upgrades
- Various fixes
