Bug fixes:
- Generate and sign reports button will now be enabled when creating a new checklist
- Checklists that were previously missing after they were created, will now be displayed in Calendar page

Improvements:
- Deleting a checklist will also delete all it's attached issues
- Ordering lists such as 'Assignee/Responsible' will now be alphabetically ordered
