Update!
- If you have helped a client with their question and do not see any activity from them, you can mark the chat as ""Chat resolved."" If the client does not send a new message within 15 minutes, the chat will be closed.
- In your clients' messages, the source of the message (Website, social media) will now be displayed. This is useful for marketing.
- Minor fixes.
