Added a new building: Rare Earth Field
- Rare Earth Field cannot be upgraded. It is located at where Arena was previously. Arena can be accessed via the event center for the time being.
- Rare Earth Field is unlocked when Chief's Hut reaches at least Lv.16.
- In Rare Earth Field, Chiefs can gather Rare Earth, which can be exchanged for various item in Exchange Shop.
- Battles in Rare Earth Field won't result in any casualties.
