JustBroker

Just Broker is a platform where the real estate agents can list out the properties they have for rent or sell and view new properties posted in their area and connect with that agent to close their deal.

They can chat with the person who has property and close the deal.

Features

1. Properties

You can view the all the properties that have been listed out in an area for rent or sell. You can see the properties basic details like number of beds, bathrooms, posted on and posted by.

You can directly chat with the agent clicking on the chat.

2. Post Property

Real estate agents can post properties they have either for rent or sell. A property posted if not sold or rented out in 7 days will be removed from the properties and the agent will have to repost it so that others can view it.

3. Inbox

This is a place where all the messages from different agent will be stored so that the agent can view the history of their chats and what they were discussing about the last time the talked.

4. My Properties

A place to manage all the properties you have posted either for rent or sell. You can remove a property, delete a property or repost if it has been removed from the properties list.
