KLEEMANN Visual Support provides live support to partners, installers and technicians. Using this app a technician can have live chat support sessions with KLEEMANN customer support. Via the app the technician can chat directly with a specialized representative from KLEEMANN and exchange written messages, photos, videos, documents and sound. The app also supports live annotation on exchanged photos. All past support sessions are also available to access offline.
