Learn Basic Aikido Techniques

There are various kinds of martial arts and one of them is aikido where aikido is known as martial arts that combines harmony between body and mind with natural law. This martial art originating from Japan is the result of modernization and manifestation of Japanese thought which is shrouded in permanent Japanese traditional culture.

Morihei Ueshiba was the person who developed this martial arts in the 1800s so that it is now in great demand by various groups in the modern age and even they make this martial arts as a lifestyle. But speaking of the aikido technique, this martial arts focuses on self-mastery in every practice and also the perfection of technique.

While other martial arts generally focus primarily on speed and physical strength during training. The technique that is preferred in martial arts is throw technique (similar to slamming), locking, and elbow. And precisely kicks and punches are techniques that are quite rarely used or even eliminated in aikido colleges.

Please note that this aikido is a martial art that is indeed widely used for close and also fast fights. The term from close and fast fights is close combat and it is also important to know that in aikido martial arts, each technique is known to be affected by:

Sword techniques or Yarijutsu
