There are 2x2-blocks falling down the top, with two different colors. Use touch screen gestures (or a gamepad / TV remote) to move the block and use up on your controller (or tap the screen without moving) to rotate it. Use a "down" touch gesture (or the D-Pad center / A button) to drop the block (it will fall fast until it lands).
