+ Make interstitial ads skippable
+ Change how game keeps track of ad rewards (should prevent ads after every game)
- Remove duplicate ad platforms on the backend (might have caused bugs)
- Move skippable ads out of main scene
- Force hide banner ads in main scene
- Attempt to fix race condition with ads
