[Update 118] This update is from ver117 to ver118. New in this update:
~ Masterminds can now choose to not have their OC listing posted to Discord if using the City or Crew restriction
~ Police Officers in all cities have been given training on how to better handle suspects who resist arrest
~ Confirmation Dialog added to Exchanges screen when leaving to avoid accidental exits after watching an advert
~ 3 new buttons on Main screen if no Timer Perk is active (Mails, Perks, Personals)
