- Addition of notification history (Mobile & Web/Desktop)

Fixes :
- Fixed notifications icon on some smartphones
- Status of applications were not always updated in real time
- "Global Status" and "Indicator" were not always displayed
- The weather icon in the notifications was not always the correct one
- Search bar display bug during the first connection
- The historical component sometimes overlapped the dashboard
