Mapping India

The starting page of the app has a map of India that highlights all the different states and union territories of India. The app also has maps relating to specific states and union territories of India. The app has state maps, maps that highlight the capital of the said state or union territory and maps with Lok sabha seats and Legislative Assembly seats of the said state or union territory. The app also has maps about some other features of this beautiful country such as the location of some National parks, Biosphere reserves and Wildlife Sanctuaries, Location of coal mines, oil fields, iron and steel plants, state-wise GDP, literacy rate, life expectancy, and many others. The app tries to provide a holistic description of India and mostly through maps and with fewer words.
