small but useful changes:
- sticky bpm flag will let you keep your current bpm while selecting a different entry
- fullscreen flash
- number of total bars and repeat status if you play an arrangement in flash
- you get the total duration of your speed configuration
- normal and advanced step mode sync values
- you can now configure the metronome to "start on the second beat"
- revised portuguese translation
- more useful notification after playstart
