My Story Now

The MyStoryNow (MSN) app is a mobile health application that allows young people with cancer access to their related medical records in a person-held file (PHF). Health records and scan images can be accessed through a familiar timeline interface where the information is aggregated.

The platform allows both patients and their keyworker carers to record notes that they can share with each other via the app.

The current version of the App is restricted for use only by patients in Scotland who have given their consent.
