Fixes the surname naming conventions for female names for Latvian and Russian origins to be conform with their respective rules (thanks to Leiko Mori and Татьяна Данилова).
Flips the order of given name and surname for Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese names to be conform with their naming rules (thanks to Clara Alexandra Djalim).

The next update will add new origins from the list of requests and will also split up the origin "Africa" into separate countries. Stay tuned!
