Updates due of Android 8+ behavior changes:
1.Added a foreground service to allow the app to do it's work in a background.
2.Fixed the hidden WiFi SSID issue.

You need to accept the location permission to see the WiFi SSID and allow whitelist filters based on SSID.
You also need to enable the foreground service on Android 8+, if you want to allow the app to make it's scheduled work in background.
