1. Add 「ePass-Lift」function. Residents can use mobile App to control lift to authorized floor, no need to swipe card;
2. Add 「ePass-Gate/Tower」function. Residents can use mobile App for access control, no need to swipe card;
3. Upgrade 「Clubhouse Booking」function. Residents can pay the booking fee with Points on the App;
4. Fix bugs, improve user experience.
