NGCP MOBI

The Mobile Application Online Billing Statements and Operations Data (MOBI) is an app base system which NGCP customers may opt to download copies of their billing statement and operations data from their mobile phones.

The system has a notification feature through email whenever the monthly billing statement becomes available. For data privacy and security reasons the system shall be password encrypted.

For the app-based operations data, information related to NGCP’s operations being Transmission Network Provider and System Operator, become more accessible. Namely, System Peak Demand, Energy Delivery, etc.

Features:

1. Auto-sending of electronic copy of Billing Statement for the current billing month through customer-registered email

2. Online viewing and downloading of billing statements using mobile device;

3. Providing easily accessible Operations Data through mobile device
