Syarikat Neo Jyi Shing was established since 1983 as the machinery trading company with service workshop at Benut, Johor. The company founder is a machine specialist who lead the company as one the best machine sales & service company in Johor.

In 2013, NJS Machinery & Hardware Sdn Bhd established as the new company outlet with 3S – sales, service and spare parts at new location at Benut, Johor. With rapid expansion, Ekianew Machinery Sdn Bhd was established in 2016 as the machinery wholesale distributor for Johor region.
