  PDFs look much closer to the original: text at the right place and size, matching colours, trimmed pages, and more images. Some PDFs that opened blank now open properly.
  
  Text is shown in the font the document asks for, so writing that was invisible on slides shows up and cells keep their own font.
  
  Letters and other documents built on a template keep their layout and margins, and images stay where the file puts them.
  
  Large or awkward documents open instead of crashing, and use less memory.
