Pano Scrobbler for LastFM

- A significant part of the app has been rewritten
- Can now scrobble to Maloja (native), Pleroma, a local CSV or a JSONL file
- You can now choose artist pictures or use a custom one.
- Will no longer prompt to automatically scrobble from apps that are not selected
- The heart button in the notification can now be used to heart the current track in the music player or streaming service.
