Patrolity for Staff

* If there is an incoming call, automatically gives a notification showing home location of caller in map.
* The same map is accessible from the app menu.
* The map shows calls received in the past one hour, and roughly how long ago each call was received.

Applicable to :

- A resident calls the manager. Then the manager calls the staff.
- A resident calls the staff directly.

- The staff's contact phone should be the phone running this app.
- The resident calls using the resident app button.
