Physics Gravity Formula

Usually the term gravity is used in discussions of earth science or physics. Gravity applies to people as well. It is often much easier to be pulled down than to pull someone else up. Haven't we all known young people with good morals who got involved with an undesirable group and took on the bad habits of that group instead of changing them for the better? It's easier to fall than to get back up. Haven't we all witnessed relationships in which one person has compromised values and lowered standards instead of bringing the other person up to a higher level of character? We've all seen people settle, and most of us have settled at some point.

Gravity is a powerful force.

The downhill path is always the path of least resistance, and therefore, easier, but the uphill climb brings strength and character. This is true individually as well. We can go with the status quo, take the easy way, and allow ourselves to concede our principles, or simply miss out on the greatness that could have been. Others often prefer that we do just that. When we start the uphill climb to bigger and better things, those left behind sometimes feel threatened. They would much rather that you stay on the effortless trek, so they can be content there too.

It requires great strength of body, mind and character to defy gravity However, we have the choice every day to raise the bar, take the road less traveled and leave a trail. We have the opportunity as trailblazers to learn and grow and to pull others up in spite of the gravitational pull towards mediocrity. Our mental muscles become strong as we forge ahead. The easy road leads to atrophy.
