1. Make form templates from elements like Lists, Checklists, Titles, Subtitles and Photos from camera or album; forms can have single or multiple columns of elements, preceded by new lines

2. Fill in the customized form and save document for later review

3. Save form templates for later reuse

4. Send PDF format of forms attached through Email to yourself or others
