Polyhedra

In version 2.1 are added Catalan polyhedrons and graphic rendering of the polyhedrons is improved. Furthermore, two new commands are added: one for the adjustment of the transparency; the other one for the display of the dual polyhedron, when exists. Finally, you can rotate the polyhedrons with respect to all three axes.
