Added voice command: "add label [label name]" to allow for addition of point labels through voice recognition.

Enabled voice recognition for rectangular and oval pool measurements.

Fixed case where the Bluetooth headset control status was not correctly shown in the preferences.

Some improvements to the use of a Bluetooth headset (when enabled) for speech output.

Updated voice recognition parser to allow leading (and ignored) words to have apostrophes in them.

Minor fixes and improvements.
