This Application is provided by New York City's Department of Homeless Services, to Provider users in order to facilitate the handling of 311 service requests that come in related to the homeless population of NYC.

The Application allows users to receive, update the status of and report on service requests. Users are navigated to on-site locations where they handle the service request and submit the record of the transaction.
