What is

PT Eazy is an advanced telehealth service that offers patients access to the mobile app where they can request “virtual visits” with physical therapists directly, to receive care via tablet or smartphone.

How it Works.

After becoming a member of PT Eazy, physical therapists can offer their patients this telehealth service. Patients can simply subscribe to this service through the mobile app. Physical therapists will have the opportunity to set their schedules with open appointments available for patients virtually.

After the initial in-clinic visit, patients can select a virtual appointment to be connected to the physical therapist via tablet or smartphone. During the telehealth visit, physical therapists will be able to virtually monitor patient’s exercises giving advice and direction.
