ระบบจัดการข้อร้องเรียน PTA

เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ใช้โทรคมนาคม PTA ได้เปิดตัว Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS) แอพมีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้:

– การลงทะเบียนร้องเรียนบริการต่างๆ เช่น บริการโทรคมนาคม

นำเสนอโดยผู้ให้บริการ, การลงทะเบียนมือถือ/ DIRBS, มือถือที่ถูกขโมย

การร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับโทรศัพท์มือถือ / IMEI การร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต ฯลฯ

– ติดตามการร้องเรียนเพื่อดูสถานะ

– ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการร้องเรียน

– ประวัติการร้องเรียนของผู้ใช้แต่ละราย

– การรับรู้ของผู้บริโภคในเรื่องต่างๆ
