PTC Servigistics Field Service Mobile 11.1.2 is compatible with the Servigistics Field Service Management core application version 11.1 and later versions.

New Features:
Defer Tickets to Appointment Window
Parts and Notes added to a Ticket Retained when Ticket is Deferred
Support Parts Pickup Activity (requires FSM Core 11.1.3)

Known Issues:
Survey tasks are not supported on the Mobile Client
