In order to ensure transparency, effectiveness and efficiency in quality ecosystem and to affirm zero deviation from the standard operating procedures; QCI has introduced technological advancements in sampling and analysis of coal dispatch.
The tech platform will help us to monitor the daily coal dispatch from each and every loading point.
It will also provide a live tracking platform for monitoring all the stages of third party sampling, testing and analysis. It will further resolve any conflicts arising at customer/subsidiary end in lieu of third-party sampling and analysis.
