Coil item jump not long.
Fix position of hitbox and hitarea for enemies with background.
New extra-data for NPCs, with jump speed fine-tuning.
Fix double jump.
Objects not being on the ground when stage starts.
Player "falling" at the start of a stage due to 1 pixel difference in Y position.
Fix game too fast after passing through a boss door.
Menu showing text-over text when changing some options like enable audio.
