Saturno is an app that helps Teleperformance's agents manage theirs schedules by requesting any changes on it. Also, Saturno gives agents other resources to keep a view on their metrics, get in contact with other TP's dependencies to request other stuff such as: labor certifications, information about the benefits that agents have by working for Teleperformance.
