This update to the SCAD app includes linking the Campus OrderUp app, bug fixes, and content adjustments. What's new:

- Added mobile ordering provided by the Campus OrderUp
- Provided notice on how to join waitlist when registering for classes that are full
- Indicate courses that are "On Ground" only
- Fixes the color of the course number in registration search on dark mode
- Fix academic calendar dates to show multi-day events appropriately
- Remove defunct functions from "SCAD Card" component
