Sea fish

The depths of the sea inhabits many diverse species of fish. Predators, commercial fish, decorative small fish - they all attract the attention of man.

There are much more marine fish than freshwater ones, simply because freshwater bodies contain 100 times less water. It is difficult to say how many species of fish are known now by scientists: a couple of years ago there were more than 32,000 of them, but every year several hundred new ones are added.
