Sequence Timer: Focus & HIIT

We've improved timer sorting and copying. You can now tap the number to directly specify the destination, and moving to the beginning or end of a timer list is now supported. In long timer lists, you can quickly jump to the beginning or end. Copied timers are now created immediately after the original timer.
