The doctor-patient relationship is one of the most important professional relationships for you and your family. The Siha app is your doctor's professional consultation line, so you can access your doctor from wherever you are.

You can get the care you need, and even have medicines and at-home lab tests delivered to you. If you don't have a doctor, we can connect you to the right provider for you through our Customer Care chat. It's 100% private, convenient, and accessible anywhere in Kenya.

HOW IT WORKS

If you know how to use a chat app, Siha should be easy to use for you and your family.

With Siha, you can chat, voice & video call, send & receive lab results and prescriptions, and send images with your doctor. If you need a lab or prescription delivered, you can order through our Prescription and Home Test Kit chat lines. We work with fulfillment partners throughout Kenya so can deliver anywhere in the country.

It is also 'end-to-end encrypted', meaning this information is private and secure, and only stays with the people you decide should have this information, such as your doctor.

PAY WITH M-PESA

Payments are integrated with M-PESA, and we have dramatically simplified the process for you to pay your doctor for consultations over Siha.

Because your doctor uses M-PESA for consultation fees, you should have an M-PESA enabled phone to use Siha.
