About Simple Platform

Created by one man over two years, this is my attempt to solve a generic framework for web and app businesses. Over the years I've had extensive experience working in software verticals. Company that offered SaaS style solutions, branded under the clients expectations. The model itself is formidable, but the technology often became a double edged sword. Poor design decisions early on make it very difficult to win at this game.

The companies I worked for made the same mistakes, a lot of them before I even arrived. They'd branch the code, they'd treat people like resources and then throw them at problems. They'd try to sell as much as they could with no concern for scaling in any certain direction. The mistake however was at the basic level, all the places had the same requirements, the same developer headaches.

As a engineer I'd always had a dream of automation. Not being a resource you throw at the system, but the designer of automated systems that solve problems. Human interaction should be minimized and the system should generally run itself. However it's always been designed to grow, and put developers onto interesting tasks, such as crafting beautiful user facing sites.

So this is the culmination of that belief. Simple platform is a endeavor to create a full stack, cross platform solution to the web and app problem. Specifically for companies that want to deliver branded solutions to their clients.
