Updated Android SDK to version 2.85.0.
Removed a repetitive message that appeared when the SDK couldn't get indoor positions. Now it is shown as a floating button in the upper left corner of the map.
The "obtaining position" progress indicator now automatically hides a few seconds after starting positioning.
Various corrections and improvements have been made.
