SleepCharge Legacy

The SleepCharge app gives enrollees constant mobile access to all the benefits of FusionHealth’s SleepCharge Program. Includes the ability to track and evaluate sleep patterns, access a library of sleep health education and communicate with dedicated sleep coaches and care managers.

Sleep History tracks rest, analyzing amount and quality to generate Your Charge, a nightly score that reflects the restorative value of your sleep. In Documents, you’ll have mobile access to all relevant information, including your communications as well as a variety of curated sleep health educational resources. You can also start or continue a Conversation with FusionHealth’s sleep health professionals in order to inquire about your sleep health solution, request supplies, give feedback or just say hello, all at your convenience.
