How is this possible?

Recruit-Tech has designed our app with users in mind. Our easy to navigate interface has

been designed to meet the needs of businesses and candidates by combining modern

technology with modern solutions. Gone are the days you need to leave your home or buy

additional equipment to start your job search. All you need is your mobile device.

SocialJobFindr is free to candidates who wish to be connected with regulated care services

and individual employers within their chosen radius. Using location-based services, our

application can filter through local employers recruiting people just like you.

You control your search results by using predefined filters to tailor search results based on

your preferences. Remember, you don’t have to be a caregiver to work in Social Care.

Candidates can create a free online profile with their biography, employment history,

educational history and job preferences. Upon completing this information, you can start

your career search and connect with employers who meet your requirements.

See a role you like? Awesome. You can communicate with employers using our free in-built

messaging system and voice call or video call functions. You can schedule meetings and

attend interviews all in one place. Helping you keep on track with your job searching.

Don’t have access to a printer? Not a problem. You can use our handy export to pdf function

and send your profile to future employers through the app.

With Social JobFindr, connecting with local companies is easy.

All you need is a mobile device running iOS or Android, cellular or wi-fi connectivity and

location services.

For businesses

This is a subscription service paid for monthly. You will be able to recruit unlimited

candidates and post unlimited roles through the application. There are no additional fees

other than the monthly subscription charge.

Please note: This application is only open to registered social care providers and individual

employers. Recruitment / employment agencies are not currently eligible to utilise this

platform. This application is only to be used to recruit applicants to be directly employed by

the provider and support individuals under the parent organisation. Any accounts found to be

in violation of this notice will be removed from the system without a refund on subscription.
